About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and strategic Social Media Executive / Brand Strategist who can build impactful brand stories and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing multiple brands, creating content strategies, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring the timely execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars for assigned brands.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing and branding strategies.
- Manage end-to-end social media accounts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, video editors, and performance marketers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Create creative briefs for social media creatives, videos, reels, and campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, social media updates, and emerging content formats.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Participate in client meetings, understand feedback, and implement changes effectively.
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
- Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas and content concepts to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Brand Strategy, or Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
