About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee fabrication operations at our facility in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of skilled workers to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities and production schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor quality control and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage workforce allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet delivery timelines and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of production, materials, and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques, machinery, and safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
