Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination)
- Handle job postings on portals, social media, and other hiring platforms
- Conduct initial HR screening and interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Manage onboarding and induction process for new hires
- Support in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Drive employee engagement activities and maintain workplace culture
- Handle employee queries and grievance resolution
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Pay: ₹10,842.17 - ₹33,147.21 per month
Work Location: In person
