- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates.
- Analyze tender documents and assist in preparing bids and quotations.
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations, contracts, and claims.
- Monitor materials, labor costs, and project timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in contract administration, including variation orders and interim payments.
- Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure alignment.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and actual work done for billing purposes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and final account statements.
- Support procurement team in vendor negotiations and material approvals.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
