Key Responsibilities
- Train new and existing pet groomers on professional grooming standards.
- Conduct practical grooming sessions for dogs and cats.
- Teach breed-specific grooming techniques and styling.
- Train groomers on safe pet handling and behavior management.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and grooming quality standards.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop grooming SOPs and training materials.
- Conduct skill evaluations and certification assessments.
- Support grooming operations by maintaining consistency in service quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and grooming techniques.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional pet grooming experience.
- Prior experience training or mentoring groomers is preferred.
- Strong expertise in grooming both dogs and cats.
- Excellent pet handling and behavior management skills.
- Strong communication and teaching abilities.
- Ability to conduct classroom and hands-on practical training sessions.
- Professional, patient, and detail-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working from our Gurgaon training center.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in pet grooming or animal care.
- Experience working with grooming academies, salons, veterinary clinics, or pet care companies.
- Experience creating training programs and SOPs.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
