Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day interior fit out and civil construction activities at project sites. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently at the site. Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards. Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on site. Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues or delays. Coordinate material deliveries and monitor material usage. Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and attendance records. Resolve site-related issues and communicate project updates to management. Verify measurements and quantities for completed works. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality requirements. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project standards. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in interior fit out and civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, and civil activities. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
