Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the US Travel process.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor Travel Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
- Drive team performance, productivity, and revenue targets.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor operational KPIs, quality, and team performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and process compliance.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in US Travel Operations.
- Prior experience managing team handling:
- Flight Bookings
- Car Rentals
- Hotel Reservations
- Cruise Bookings
- Vacation Packages
- Strong understanding of the US travel industry.
- Experience working with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
