- Data Management: Accurately inputting data, updating company databases, and maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
- Administrative Support: Managing calendars, processing invoices, organizing office supplies, and handling correspondence.
- Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports and presentations to assist management.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborating with sales, HR, or finance teams to ensure daily operations flow seamlessly.
