We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands that social media is not just about posting, but about performance, positioning, and growth.
This is a full time, work from office role in Mumbai. If you are looking for remote work, this is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day social media operations for multiple brands
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives and reels
- Schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Monitor comments, DMs, and basic community management
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and algorithm changes
- Assist in ideation for performance driven campaigns
Required Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong caption writing and communication skills
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn trends
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple brands at once
- Organized, deadline oriented, and proactive
