Hurun Report is an UK based research, media, investment and events company that tracks wealth creation and entrepreneurship, founded by Rupert Hoogewerf. With global existence in US, UK, China, Singapore, France, Australia and India, it is best known for publishing annual rankings of world’s richest individuals and most successful entrepreneurs. Hurun India is the Indian arm of the global Hurun brand launched by Anas RJ.
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong command over English (Clear English) and the confidence required to follow up with clients and vendors, draft emails, and manage communication effectively. We would also prefer someone with a smarter, proactive attitude suited for this position.
Key Responsibilities
· 1. Executive Support Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, address scheduling conflicts, coordinate appointments and Distribute meeting materials
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
Take minutes of meetings and track action points
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence Event Execution: Assist in executing events in Kerala. Collaborate on planning and logistics.
2. Administrative Management
Maintain confidential files and documentation Draft emails, Proposals, letters, and official communication and correspondence.
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Manage office documentation and compliance records Provide general administrative support.
3. Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Follow up with departments on pending tasks
Handle vendor and client coordination
4. Operational Support
Support event planning and company initiatives
Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports vendor payments, and basic finance tracking.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. We work Monday-Friday, 9 AM- 6PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
