To derive insurance business from assigned TPD Indian Bank channel partners, build strong relationships with Indian Bank branches, provide pre- and post-sales support, lead the sales team, and achieve consistent business growth.

- Annualized Premium Target: ?5–10 Crore
- Customer Complaints: Zero Indian Bank customer complaints
- Persistency: 80% Premium and 80% Policy Persistency
- Market volatility.
- Alignment with TPD Indian Bank stakeholders.
- Balancing compliance with partner expectations.
- Sustaining business growth and service quality.
- Achieve premium and revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with Indian Bank Branch Heads.
- Drive branch activation and business development.
- Ensure sales process excellence and compliance.
- Coach branch staff and internal teams.
- Maintain product mix and business quality.
- Drive persistency and customer satisfaction.
