Role & Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit
& Loss, and Cash Flow).
Support financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
Handle Balance Sheet finalization, ledger scrutiny, and schedule preparation.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance including return filings,
reconciliations, challans, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements, including listed entity
norms and SEBI-related finance regulations.
Assist in CMA data preparation, working capital documentation, and banking
compliance.
Audit & Controls
Participate in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation for audit trails, statutory records, and compliance
reports.
Team Support & Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accuracy and
completeness of financial data.
Provide support to senior finance team members as required.
Requirements
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Experience
Freshers with completed CA qualification and relevant articleship experience in
Accounting, Finance, or Taxation can apply.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory
compliance.
Knowledge of CMA data preparation and compliance for listed entities is
preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally / ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team
environment.
