Key Responsibilities :
1. Workflow & Department Coordination
Streamline and monitor workflows of all departments by closely working with HR executives and respective department heads to ensure smooth operations and productivity.
2. Training & Development
Identify training needs, plan and execute onboarding, skill-based training, and leadership development programs to improve employee performance.
3. Recruitment Planning & Gap Analysis
Analyze manpower requirements, identify skill gaps, plan recruitment strategies, and ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs.
4. Performance Management & Employee Rewards
Evaluate employee performance, recognize skills and contributions, and implement reward, recognition, and incentive programs.
5. Career Growth & Career Ladder Framework
Define and implement clear career progression paths, promotion policies, and succession planning for employees.
6. HR Policies, Documentation & Compliance
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, SOPs, and ensure adherence to company policies and labour compliances.
Requirements :
1. Educational Qualification
MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. 5 - 8 years of experience as HR / HR Manager.
3. Core HR Competencies
Strong knowledge in recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee engagement.
4. Communication & Documentation Skills
5. People Management & Analytical Skills
Proven ability in people handling, problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making.
