LOCATION / TYPE - Pune Full-time
THE OPPORTUNITY
Execute safe, quality-compliant fabrication and assembly work against the project plan while controlling manpower, rework and records.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Break project plan into daily work allocation and communicate drawings, quality points and target hours.
Confirm manpower, material, tools and approved drawings before work starts.
Supervise fabrication, mechanical assembly, alignment, pneumatics and trial readiness.
Enforce PPE, housekeeping, lifting, electrical isolation and permit requirements.
Coordinate stage inspection and prevent continuation on unresolved critical NCRs.
Record output, hours, shortages, rework and constraints; escalate deviations in daily review.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
- Diploma/ITI with 6–10 years in automation machine building
- supervision, drawings, assembly and safety.
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Pay: ₹30,894.27 - ₹40,712.32 per month
