Role Overview

You sit between the Client Partner who owns the relationship and the recruiter pod that sources the talent. You act as the intelligence layer that makes both sides effective. Client Partners stay focused on the market because you absorb operational complexity. Recruiters deliver to the right standard because you brief them with clarity and hold them accountable to it.

What You'll Do
- Own end to end delivery operations across multiple mandates and accounts simultaneously
- Interrogate and clarify job descriptions before briefing recruiters to ensure quality input
- Review every profile before submission to maintain a consistent quality bar
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer stage coordination proactively
- Maintain the delivery tracker as the single source of truth with complete accuracy
- Manage hiring manager relationships below senior leadership including coordination and communication
- Brief Client Partners only on critical exceptions that require their attention
Who You Are
- 2 to 6 years of experience in delivery, account management, or operations within a staffing or talent environment
- Strong operational discipline where systems and processes improve with your involvement
- You track service level agreements proactively to stay ahead of deadlines
- Maintain a high quality bar even under time pressure
- Comfortable managing upward, cross functionally, and with external stakeholders
- Able to challenge unclear requirements, give direct feedback, and coordinate effectively without friction
- Capable of handling multiple workstreams without losing clarity or control

- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or a related field specific to ITES
