Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated B.Sc./M.Sc. freshers to join our paint manufacturing plant as Plant Supervisors. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring plant operations, maintaining safety compliance, and coordinating with production teams to achieve daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily paint production operations and ensure smooth plant functioning.
- Monitor manufacturing processes such as mixing, grinding, tinting, filling, and packaging.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Maintain quality standards as per company specifications.
- Monitor raw material consumption and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the production area.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and process improvements.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of laboratory and quality control practices.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Paint Technology, Polymer Science, or related discipline.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
