Delivering L2 support and contributing to L3 resolution for macOS, mobile device management, and application issues using structured troubleshooting and remote support methods

Administering Jamf Pro for the Mac environment, including policies, configuration profiles, scoping, Self Service, packages, inventory, smart groups, static groups, and advanced searches

Building, testing, and maintaining macOS packages and deployment workflows, including user acceptance testing support for software, configuration, and policy changes
-
Partnering with vulnerability management and security stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and remediate non-compliant endpoints through patching, operating system updates, application updates, and control enforcement

Developing and maintaining automation scripts and Jamf workflows to improve operational efficiency, remediation speed, and consistency
-
Creating and improving knowledge articles, runbooks, and self-service content, while identifying recurring incidents and supporting problem management and continual service improvement activities
The team
The Apple Enterprise Services team provides end-to-end support for corporate macOS devices, safeguarding company data and managing how users access and share information. This includes application deployment, configuration of profiles and policies, and Jamf administration support for the UK and Swiss member firms. The team works closely with infrastructure, vulnerability management, cloud and application teams to maintain business continuity and the security of the organisation’s platforms, and interfaces with business application owners to deliver MDM support.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or graduate degree

4-6 years of experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment

Experience administering Jamf Pro, including policies, configuration profiles, extension attributes, Self Service, packages, scoping, smart groups, static groups, advanced searches, and inventory reporting

Experience with device enrollment, software distribution, Apple Business Manager, and automated device enrollment workflows

Experience creating, testing, and maintaining macOS packages and deployment workflows
-
Experience with ServiceNow incident, request, and problem management processes and Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices

Experience supporting endpoint security controls, vulnerability remediation, patching, and operating system or application updates for macOS devices
Preferred:

Experience with Bash scripting or equivalent scripting for troubleshooting and Jamf automation

Experience providing L2 support and contributing to L3 resolution for complex macOS or mobile device management issues

Experience creating and maintaining knowledge articles, runbooks, or self-service content

Experience with Qualys or similar vulnerability management tools

Experience with Active Directory or Entra ID integration concepts

JAMF 100, JAMF 200, JAMF 400, Apple Certified Support Professional, or Information Technology Infrastructure Library v4 Foundation certification
