Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Management
- Monitor daily operational processes to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate tasks between departments to ensure timely completion.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a link between different teams and departments.
- Communicate process updates and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Coordinate meetings to review operational progress.
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
- Track key metrics and share updates with management.
- Maintain accurate records of processes and activities.
4. Process Improvement
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements.
- Support implementation of new processes and systems.
- Assist management in achieving operational efficiency.
5. Administrative Support
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support project coordination and operational planning.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Technical Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or administration

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
