Bar Manager
Job Summary
The Bar Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the hotel's bar, supervising staff, maintaining beverage quality, controlling inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel bar.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule bartenders and bar staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Develop and update beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Control inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste and pilferage.
- Maintain cost control and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Organize promotions, happy hours, and special events to increase revenue.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure the bar is clean, well-stocked, and maintained according to hotel standards.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular training sessions.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a bartender or bar supervisor, with managerial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service.
- Familiarity with bar inventory systems and POS software.
- Understanding of food safety and alcohol service regulations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
