Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute outbound campaigns, cold calls, and email outreach within defined target geographies and buyer personas. [1, 2]
- Pipeline Management: Manage and qualify leads using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeframe) to categorize MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads). [1, 2]
- Data Management: Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records, verifying contact data and keeping pipelines transparent. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and seamless handoff of scheduled appointments. [1, 2]
- Campaign Tracking: Analyze metrics and track the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize conversion rates. [1, 2]
Essential Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; typically 1 to 3 years of B2B lead generation or inside sales experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for persuasive outreach and objection handling.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter attitude with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
