Role Purpose:Drive retail sales growth, ensure brand visibility, manage retail accounts, execute merchandising andpromotional strategies, and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and theirbuying/merchandising teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Management• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all retail accounts whereSoulflower is present (Apollo, Lulu, Shoppers Stop, Noble Plus, Reliance, Bismi, etc.).• Execute store-level promotions, offers, and new launches to drive offtake.• Analyze sales data by store to recommend and implement growth strategies.2. Retail Merchandising and Visibility• Ensure Soulflower products are merchandised as per brand guidelines across shelves, endcaps, gondolas, and visibility points.• Planogram management and regular retail audits to ensure stock availability, visibility, andplanogram compliance.• Work closely with partner stores' merchandising teams to secure better shelf space andenhanced in-store visibility.3. Retail Account Management• Act as the key liaison between Soulflower and retail buyers/merchandisers.• Manage partner relationships to drive engagement, share updates on new products,promotions, and quarterly business reviews.• Negotiate visibility spots, store participation in campaigns, and new listing opportunities.4. Accounts Reconciliation• Monthly reconciliation of accounts with all retail partners including sales reports,promotions/claims, debit notes, and receivables tracking.• Coordinate with internal finance team for timely claim settlements and invoicing issues.
5. Internal Coordination• Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure stock flow,marketing support, and payment closures.• Share timely reports and dashboards with management on sales, visibility, partner feedback,and competitor activity.
