We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with strong communication and analytical skills to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall support efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills.
Excellent Interpersonal, Verbal, and Written Communication skills.
Proficient in Technical Support and Analytical Thinking.
Ability to work on-site.
Experience in the financial or banking sector is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
Around 6 years of relevant experience.
Compensation
Salary: ₹4.0 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience).
Work Schedule
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 6 days a week(including sunday & Holiday) (Rotational Shifts)
Note: The second shift will be Work From Home
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
