We are looking for Telecalling Executives with strong Telugu and English communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Communicate confidently in Telugu and English.
- Attend to customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain call records and update customer details.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu and English.
- Confident and customer-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
