Job Summary:-
The Maintenance Head is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of all restaurant outlets, production units, central kitchens, accommodation facilities, and office premises of the organization. The role includes preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, utility management, equipment upkeep, vendor coordination, and ensuring uninterrupted operations across all locations.
The candidate should ensure all machinery, kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and facility infrastructure are maintained efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintenance Operations:-
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across all company locations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of kitchen equipment, machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and utility systems.
- Attend and resolve emergency breakdowns on priority.
- Plan and implement preventive and periodic maintenance schedules.
Equipment & Facility Management:-
- Monitor maintenance of:
- Commercial kitchen equipment
- Sweet & savouries production machinery
- Generators and electrical panels
- Air conditioners and refrigeration units
- Water systems and plumbing
- Dining and customer area infrastructure
- Ensure proper upkeep of company accommodation and office facilities.
Team Management:-
- Supervise maintenance supervisors, technicians, electricians, plumbers, and service teams.
- Allocate maintenance tasks and monitor completion status.
- Train maintenance staff on safety and operational procedures.
Vendor & AMC Coordination:-
- Coordinate with external service providers and AMC vendors.
- Negotiate maintenance contracts and repair costs.
- Verify service quality, quotations, and invoices.
Safety & Compliance:-
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards.
- Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency systems.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to electrical and facility maintenance.
Inventory & Cost Control:-
- Maintain stock of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and reduce unnecessary costs.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and cost reports.
Reporting & Documentation:-
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, AMC documents, and breakdown reports.
- Submit regular maintenance updates to management.
- Track recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of maintenance experience in restaurants, hospitality, food manufacturing, or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, and utility systems.
- Experience in handling multiple locations and maintenance teams.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
