Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in company services and products
- Explain ERP, CRM, software solutions, and IT services to prospects in a simple and clear manner
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or internal systems
- Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales/business development team
- Build positive relationships with potential clients through effective communication
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
- Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Confidence in speaking with customers over calls
- Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, internet usage)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Final-year students can apply
- Prior tele-calling or customer interaction experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Interest in sales, business communication, and the IT industry
