Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), scripting, automation, and integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in an agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop scripts, workflows, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications for optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs and integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Document technical designs, development activities, and best practices.
- Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members when required.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Scripting and Automation
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and workflows
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM Development
- Experience working in enterprise application development environments
- ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage

Pay: Up to ₹2,300,000.00 per year
