Job Summary:-
We are looking for an experienced Modern Trade Manager with 5+ years of experience in the FMCG Food Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing key modern trade accounts, driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent product visibility across organized retail chains.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and grow sales through Modern Trade channels.
- Handle key accounts such as national and regional retail chains.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers.
- Negotiate annual business plans, commercial agreements, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales performance.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and visibility campaigns.
- Ensure product availability, shelf placement, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with distributors, supply chain, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and management presentations.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Travel regularly to visit retail outlets and key accounts.
Required Skills:-
- Strong knowledge of Modern Trade sales in the FMCG Food Industry.
- Experience in handling key retail accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM software.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
Educational Qualification:-
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Minimum 5+ years of Modern Trade experience in the FMCG Food Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network within organized retail.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
