Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Record customer interactions and maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services when applicable.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and processes.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
