Marketing Executive – Field Sales & Client Relations
Location : Chennai
Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Executive to handle client meetings, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and business development activities for PET India Industries. The candidate will play a key role in building relationships with existing customers and bringing new clients to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet existing and potential customers directly to develop business relationships
- Visit factories, companies, distributors, and industrial clients for business development
- Generate new leads and convert inquiries into orders
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, orders, and payments
- Coordinate with internal sales and production teams regarding customer requirements
- Understand customer packaging requirements and suggest suitable products
- Build long-term relationships with beverage, water, oil, dairy, FMCG, and chemical companies
- Maintain records of customer visits, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events when required
- Travel locally and occasionally outside Chennai for client meetings

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing

- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits
Qualification
- Any degree or diploma
- Experience in marketing, sales, packaging, plastics, FMCG, or industrial products preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to travel can also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
