What We're Looking For
Experience editing YouTube videos and short-form content
Good storytelling and pacing skills that keep viewers engaged
Comfortable with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
Ability to add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, B-roll, and color correction
Someone who is creative, reliable, open to feedback, and enjoys improving with every project
Bonus Points If You
Can design YouTube thumbnails
Have experience with motion graphics or AI editing tools
Understand YouTube trends, audience retention, and viral editing styles
