Mother & Toddler Coach | Full-Time | Andheri
We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and engaging Mother & Toddler Coach who enjoys working with young children and creating meaningful experiences for toddlers and their parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Get trained on our curriculum, session flow, activities and teaching approach, and deliver sessions effectively while maintaining learning outcomes.
- Prepare the classroom, ensuring materials, music, props and activity spaces are organised and ready.
- Create a warm, safe and welcoming environment for toddlers and parents.
- Engage children through play, movement, music, stories and hands-on activities, while encouraging parents to participate meaningfully.
- Build positive relationships with children and families and respond sensitively to individual needs and temperaments.
- Confidently manage groups, transitions and classroom routines, adapting delivery when required while staying aligned with the programme.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, punctuality, resource care and professionalism.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Warm, enthusiastic and highly interactive personality.
- Genuine interest in working with young children and parents.
- Comfortable leading groups and engaging with families.
- Experience in preschools, early-years education, teaching, childcare or similar roles preferred.
- Willingness to learn, get trained, and grow with the programme.
