Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Trainer to train students in modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to guide students through real-time projects while preparing them for industry careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Full Stack Development.
- Teach HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js/Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/MySQL.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and real-time projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Mentor students in project development and interview preparation.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and industry trends.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for technical interviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Full Stack Development or Training.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js/Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB/MySQL, REST APIs, and Git.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python, PHP, or Java Full Stack.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), Docker, or DevOps basics.
- Experience handling live projects and coding challenges.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on experience)
