- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare and verify quantity estimates, BOQs, and material requirements. Ensure quality control by inspecting workmanship and materials used on site.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Plan and monitor labor deployment, equipment, and material usage.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify contractor bills and maintain measurement books (MB). Resolve technical issues arising during construction and suggest practical solutions.
- Coordinate inspections and obtain approvals from consultants and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, drawings, and project records.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
