Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Overseas Education Counselor to guide students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad. The candidate will provide end-to-end counseling support, including university selection, admission guidance, application processing, visa assistance, and pre-departure counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities in countries such as United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and destinations.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Assist with Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and document preparation.
- Provide information on eligibility criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and accommodation options.
- Support students with visa application procedures and interview preparation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with partner universities and admissions teams.
- Maintain student records and update CRM systems accurately.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and education fairs to generate student leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student aspirations and provide personalized guidance.
- Good knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
