Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Design marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support community engagement and customer outreach.
- Help organize promotional campaigns, events, and awareness initiatives.
- Assist in email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Contribute fresh ideas to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar).
- Photography or content creation skills.
- SEO and content marketing knowledge.
- Experience managing social media pages.
