Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand WiseLife's offline presence across key markets including Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, NCR, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. The role involves travelling within assigned territories, meeting potential customers, generating orders, and building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit gyms, yoga studios, fitness centres, sports stores, retailers, and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell WiseLife products through direct field visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Maintain records of daily visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfilment.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, FMCG, sports, or consumer products will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in channel sales, distributor management, retail sales, fitness products, wellness products, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
