Job Title: AccountantJob Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the organization's financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management, and be capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
- Record daily financial transactions including receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and accounting standards.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
Payroll & Expense Management
- Process employee payroll and ensure statutory deductions.
- Verify and record employee reimbursements and business expenses.
- Maintain payroll-related records and compliance.
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
- Analyze financial data and provide meaningful business insights.
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability.
- Assist management in financial decision-making through accurate reporting.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain records of fixed assets and depreciation.
- Reconcile inventory records with accounting records where applicable.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost controls.
Internal Controls
- Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Support continuous improvement of accounting processes.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, retail, or service industries will be an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF formulas, etc.).
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.

Pay: ₹8,551.33 - ₹41,884.40 per month
