Job Summary:
Primmeflo MEP Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and supporting the project team in mechanical estimation for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and MEP-related projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-off from drawings and BOQ preparation.
- Estimate project cost for mechanical systems such as:
- HVAC
- Fire Fighting
- Plumbing
- Utility Services
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Assist in project budgeting and cost control.
- Support design and execution teams during project planning.
- Maintain estimation records and project documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MEP systems
- Knowledge of HVAC / Fire Fighting / Plumbing systems
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred
- Good understanding of BOQ and estimation process
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

Salary:
As per company standards / Industry norms
Pay: ₹12,445.93 - ₹48,206.41 per month
