Job Summary
- Provide L2+ technical support for SAP CPI, SQL, and SSIS-based integrations, including incident resolution, monitoring of data pipelines, root cause analysis, and coordination with L3 teams to ensure reliable end-to-end data integration and system stability
Key Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot And Resolve Critical And Complex Technical Tickets Using Advanced Diagnostic Tools And Methodologies, Ensuring Minimal Disruption To End-User Operations.
2. Conduct Thorough Root Cause Analysis For Critical Issues And Faults, Documenting Findings And Providing Actionable Insights To Prevent Recurrence.
3. Implement Preventive Measures And Best Practices Based On Analysis Findings To Enhance System Stability And Reduce Future Defects.
4. Provide Technical Assistance And Mentorship To Team Members On Resolving Customer Issues, Fostering A Collaborative Support Environment.
5. Execute Continuous Improvement Activities By Analyzing Support Processes And Proposing Enhancements To Improve Team Performance And User Satisfaction.
Skill Requirements
SAP CPI & Integration Expertise
Hands-on experience with:
SAP Integration Suite / CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
Interface technologies: REST, SOAP, IDoc, OData
Understanding of:
iFlows, message routing, adapters
Error handling and reprocessing
SQL / Database Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
SQL queries and data analysis
Stored procedures and database troubleshooting
Ability to:
Investigate data inconsistencies
Perform basic query optimisation
Analyse database logs and performance issues
SSIS / ETL Knowledge
Practical experience with:
SSIS packages and ETL workflows
Job scheduling and batch processing
Ability to:
Troubleshoot job failures and restart processes
Analyse ETL logs and identify root causes
