Learnew Ed Tech is looking for an energetic and creative Videographer who can handle our day-to-day video production requirements and manage our online class studio.
The role involves shooting YouTube videos, Shorts/Reels, course content, promotional videos, and managing online classes and studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
- Shoot YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, promotional videos, and educational content
- Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and other studio equipment
- Handle framing, camera angles, audio and basic production requirements
- Coordinate with faculty during video recording sessions
- Ensure good-quality video and audio output
Online Class Management
- Operate and monitor live online classes
- Manage camera, microphone, screen sharing, recording, and other technical requirements
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live classes
- Ensure classes start and run smoothly without technical interruptions
Studio Management
- Take responsibility for day-to-day studio operations
- Maintain cameras, lights, microphones, computers, and other equipment
- Keep the studio ready for classes and recordings
- Coordinate recording schedules with faculty and the academic team
Skills Required
- Basic to good knowledge of camera operation and video production
- Knowledge of lighting and audio setup
- Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, Reels, and social media video formats
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Interest in working in an EdTech and online learning environment
