We are seeking a strategic and commercially-driven Purchase Manager to lead procurement
for our flagship five-star property and spearhead the centralization of the purchasing
function across our hospitality group. This is a pivotal role designed to leverage group-wide
economies of scale, standardize quality, and implement robust internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
Group Centralization: Establish and lead a centralized procurement framework for all
hotel ventures within the group to ensure consistency and cost-efficiency.
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and vet high-quality vendors for F&B, Engineering,
Housekeeping, and Capex requirements.
Contract Negotiation: Lead group-wide negotiations to secure the best pricing, credit
terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Process Implementation: Roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire
procurement lifecycle—from Indent to Payment.
Cost Optimization: Conduct regular market surveys and price analysis to identify cost-
saving opportunities without compromising five-star quality standards.
Inventory Management: Oversee store operations and inventory levels to optimize
working capital and minimize wastage/expiry.

Compliance: Ensure all purchases adhere to statutory requirements and internal audit

Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum 8 years in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
within a 5-star hotel or a luxury hospitality group.
Centralization Expertise: Proven experience in managing multi-unit or group-level
purchasing is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., IDS, Opera, or SAP) and advanced MS
Excel.
Negotiation: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex vendor
relationships.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Supply Chain Management, or a
related field.
Pay: ₹16,847.62 - ₹56,570.93 per month
