Patient Care & Dialysis Delivery: Prepare patients for dialysis, assess vital signs, connect and disconnect patients safely, monitor patients throughout treatment, and promptly escalate any clinical concerns. Machine Operations: Prepare, test, operate and maintain dialysis machines and RO water systems as per SOPs. Ensure machine readiness and report breakdowns immediately. Clinical Quality & Safety: Follow infection prevention and control protocols, dialysis adequacy standards, vascular access care procedures, medication administration support, and emergency response protocols. Consumables & Inventory: Maintain dialysis consumables, ensure proper storage, track usage, minimize wastage, and report stock shortages to the Centre Manager. Documentation & RenalOS Compliance: Accurately document treatment parameters, patient observations, machine logs, consumable usage, and adverse events in RenalOS and prescribed records.
