LCH Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Health Club Manager to lead our team and ensure a great experience for our members.
Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and profile)
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health club.
* Lead and manage a team of 15–20 staff members.
* Drive membership sales and renewals.
* Ensure excellent member service and engagement.
* Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth operations.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Is comfortable working in split/break shifts (typically 6:00–10:00 AM and 5:00–9:00 PM; timings may vary).
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Has experience in health clubs, fitness centres, hospitality, or customer-facing operations (preferred).
* Has leadership abilities and can effectively manage a team.
* Is proactive, organized, and sales-oriented.
