Team Leader – Residential Real Estate Sales (Western Suburbs, Mumbai)
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Team Leader to lead our residential sales business across Mumbai's Western Suburbs, from Dahisar to Bandra. This is a leadership role for someone who can recruit, build, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team while consistently delivering strong revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in residential real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of at least 5 Sales Executives (or bring an existing performing team).
- Train, mentor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and regular performance coaching.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, lead follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Build a high-performance, target-driven sales culture.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive residential property sales across Dahisar,Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, Vile Parle, Santacruz, Khar, and Bandra.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from digital lead qualification to site visits, negotiations and bookings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop local market strategies to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
Lead Management
- Ensure prompt follow-up of digital, referral, and channel partner leads.
- Maintain strict CRM discipline and sales process adherence.
- Improve lead conversion through structured follow-up and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with homebuyers and investors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new launches.
- Share actionable insights with management to support business growth and strategy.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs including lead allocation, response time, site visits, bookings, conversion ratio, revenue, and team productivity.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and complete sales documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 - 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai Western Suburbs real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Highly target-oriented, self-driven, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
