We are looking for a Placement Officer who will be responsible for ensuring student placements by building strong industry connections, generating job opportunities, and successfully placing eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities -
Ensure maximum student placements by sourcing and converting job opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with companies, HRs, and industry partners
Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs
Coordinate interviews, group discussions, and hiring processes
Guide and prepare students for placements (resume, interview skills, etc.)
Track student placement status and ensure eligible students are placed
Maintain placement records and generate reports
Communicate job opportunities and updates to students
Requirements -
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA/HR preferred)
1–2 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or HR
Strong communication and networking skills
Goal-oriented mindset
Good organizational and coordination skills
Preferred
Experience in an educational institute
Existing corporate/recruiter connections
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
