We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. If you have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with statutory compliance, and a passion for accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Assist with Income Tax calculations, documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accounts using Tally ERP.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Strong knowledge of GST and Income Tax.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
