Site Supervisor
The eyes and ears of the project on the ground. This person is on site every day, ensuring contractors are working to specification, flagging problems before they become snags, and maintaining a live record of site progress. Not a manager — an accountable, organised, technically sound site presence.
What They Own
Daily site presence — on site every working day for their assigned projects, not remote supervision
Daily photo log — structured photographs of every work area uploaded by end of day without being asked
Snag log maintenance — every defect, every incomplete item, every assumption logged from day one of execution
Contractor coordination on site — work sequence, daily targets, material availability at point of use
Material quality check on arrival — cross-reference against specification, reject if wrong
Flag site issues to PM same day — not next day, not when it's already a problem
Core Operational Expectations
Mandatory across all roles: Comfortable working on Google Drive and maintaining organised digital documentation.
Mandatory across all roles: Must create clear MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) after internal and client discussions.
Mandatory across all roles: Hands-on working knowledge of basic Excel/Google Sheets is non-negotiable.
Mandatory across all roles: Comfortable with structured reporting, trackers, and day-to-day operational coordination.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
