VsnapU, a leading player in the photography industry, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a small team while driving revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into customers by promoting VsnapU’s photography services and products
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall company revenue.
- Manage and guide a team of 2–3 members to ensure smooth coordination and target achievement.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback and motivation.
- Handle day-to-day floor operations, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and maintain operational efficiency.
- Support team members in lead handling, client communication, and sales conversion strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in handling or managing a small team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with individual and team sales targets.
- Good problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
We are also accepting candidates from B2C Sales, Business Development, Revenue Generation, Target-Based Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Conversion, EdTech Sales, High-Ticket Sales, Client Acquisition, Direct Sales, KPI Driven Sales.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
