Job Summary
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and innovation-driven Research Analyst Intern to join our Research & Development (R&D) team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about research, business improvement, data analysis, automation, and emerging technologies.
The selected candidate will work closely with different departments to identify process improvement opportunities, study market trends, evaluate innovative solutions, and contribute ideas that can enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and business innovations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across departments.
- Research AI tools, business applications, and technology solutions that can improve productivity and business performance.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and research findings for management review.
- Work with teams to understand existing workflows and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating new software, automation tools, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and industry best practices.
- Support the implementation of innovative ideas and process enhancement projects.
- Present research findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience, academic projects, or certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, AI, or Business Intelligence will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
