Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel/Resort Manager to oversee the overall operations of the property and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, maintaining service standards, optimizing revenue, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel/resort, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and other operational departments.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, budgets, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to increase bookings and promote the property.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within the hospitality industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
